TCC Live Guide - Wastage - QR Codes All items

The following guide details how to get QR codes for each ingredient so it can be wasted. This will work for all items regardless if they have been counted in a stock take or not.

 

 

 

 

 

Login into TCC Live TCC Live and choose your store

 

Click on the Ordering Drop down.

 

The list of QR Codes can be created using the following lists

  • Floorplans

  • Templates

  • Recipes

 

  • Floorplans will work based on the items you have assigned to specific areas i.e. Cabinet, Freezer etc

  • Templates are what is assigned by Support Office and for simplification we will generally be BOH, FOH, This however will be all QR codes these can be outputted to a common label format.

 

In this example we are choosing FOH Floor plan. Followed by start.

 

This will then output to QR codes that can be printed then scanned by your mobile to waste or order

 

once scanned you will be taken to the mobile page to either.

  • Order

  • Wastage

  • Image (If applicable

 

As we are wanting to waste the item select the wastage tab

 

At the top of the screen you will notice the description which outlines the Unit of Measure or purchase unit.

 

  • 6 x 150 g based on this we have 6 units in the purchase amount.

    When wasting you will need to complete based in increments of 6. For example;

 

  • Wasting 6 muffins we would put 1

  • Wasting 1 muffin we would put 1/6 = 0.166

  • Wasting 3 muffins we would put 3/6 = 0.5

 

For this example we are wasting 3 Muffins or 0.50 add this to the Wastage box

 

We are also adding a comment to explain why we are wasting the item. This can be very helpful for understanding why items are being wasted. This can be very helpful for training adjusting ordering.

 

Once finished click record wastage. This will note that it has now been recorded.

 

To review or adjust your wastage log back into TCC live and click the Wastage tab the item / items will now appear below.

 

This can be Edited or Deleted by pressing the button for Edit Delete on the right.

 

To secure codes if required Ie. Change of ownership or any issues experienced you can check the Resecure button which will invalidate or QR codes line to live type, Floorplans, Templates Etc.

 

You will send a secondary prompt warning out the codes being invalidated.
