TCC Live Guide - Recording Wastage - Stocktaked items only

 

 

 

 

Login to TCC Live TCC Live

Click the wastage button located at the Top

 

Click the record wastage button.

 

Select the floor plan, Floor plan selection is where the ingredient is stored. For example, the Daily Stock Take has the top 10 purchase items. However this will be dependent on how products have been allocated within your store.

 

Select an item you would like to record wastage on then followed by Add Product

 

When adding the wasted amount ensure you check the Product Code which will contain how the item is measured. In this example bacon is Carton 2 x 2.5k so if a whole box was wasted due to being out of date we would put (1) .

To complete portions of a carton i.e.1KG we would just divide 1/5 = 0.20 of a carton

 

In this example i will be using 1Kg of bacon or 0.20 of a carton.

 

Ensure that you also include a reason why the product was wasted. This can be helpful for training.

For example “Out of Date - stock not rotated properly.

 

Select the date you would like to record the wastage for.

once completed use the record wastage button located at the bottom of the page.

 

Once processed you will see the wastage item list with the cost associated based on buy price and wastage amount.

 

If wasted in error, click Delete and recomplete steps above.
