Double Batch Oven Operating & Cleaning Procedures
Oven Controls
Menu/Temperature Icon - use this button to turn the oven on and select temperature.
Manual Icon - this will allow you to cook in manual mode
Info Mode - Only able to be accessed when both ovens are off or cooling down
Expand/ Collapse Icon - This will allow you to expand or collapse the controls for the bottom or top oven.
Menu Selection - these will be pre-set for your oven. The top oven will be set at 3 mins 232°C and the bottom oven will be set at 4 mins 260°C.
Items - this is how you can select the item you would like to cook. The cooking times have already been pre-set for your oven
Stop Icon - this will allow you to immediately stop a cook cycle
Light Icon - touch to turn the light on and off for top/bottom oven
Off Icon - touch to turn the oven off. This will immediately start the cool down process
Cooking Times

Mushroom Omelette | 3 min | 260°C |
Chipolatas | 4 min | 260°C |
Fried Eggs | 4 min 30 sec | 260°C |
Daily Operating Procedures
Touch the Menu/Power icon button to turn the oven on. | Select a menu item and temperature.
NOTE: These will be already pre-set on your oven. | The oven will then start to heat up. It will take approx. 10 mins for the oven to heat up completely. |
Place food in the oven then select the group and item you are cooking. CAUTION: Inside the oven and the oven doors will be hot.
| The oven will then start the cooking cycle. The cook time will also be displayed on the oven as pictured.
NOTE: To stop the cook cycle you can touch the red stop icon. If the door is opened during the cook cycle, the cycle will pause until the door is closed again. | Check the food and remove from oven.
CAUTION: Tray and inside of the oven will be hot. |

ALWAYS: Ensure you are wearing the correct PPE and following the manufacturer’s recommendations for chemical use, dilution, handling, disposal, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Ask for assistance if you’re unsure. |
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: Ensure oven is adequately cooled down before starting any cleaning |
NEVER: Spray any chemical directly or spray any water hoses into any air vents or the holes in the back wall. Doing so can cause damage to critical oven components. Never use any abrasive objects to clean the oven (e.g. scrapers or steel wool). |
