Operations
Start Up
Wake up machine with Standby button. If the machine is already switched on and in standby mode, press and hold (3s) the standby button (1) to power up.
Remove grounds draw and carefully empty liquid from previous clean. Wash grounds draw in sink.
Place grounds draw back in machine.
Press the purge/rinse button on the main screen. After, wipe the steam wand with a damp milk cloth.
Fill bladder fridge with milk bladders. Ensure they are pushed back all the way to prevent spilling.
NOTE: Fridges must be 5 degrees and below. Take temperature every morning.
Fill the hoppers with fresh coffee beans.
Press the extraction time routine and let the machine dial itself in. Ensure it is the correct recipe for the day. Test both group heads for consistency.
Test the automatic milk and auto steam wand. Ensure temperature reached is 60 degrees with a thermometer.
Preparing Espresso
Adjust the coffee spout height to suit the drink you are preparing
Place required cup/s under the coffee outlet.
Press one of the double coffee products available (e.g. 2x Espresso).
Wait for the product to dispense.
Hot Water
Place a cup under the the hot water outlet.
Press the hot water product.
Wait for the product to dispense.
CAUTION: HOT WATER. HANDLE WITH CARE.
Hot Milk
Automatic
Place empty milk jug under milk spout.
Select required milk option on screen.
Wait for product to dispense.
Manual
Before using the steam wand, press the purge button to evacuate air from possible
condensation.Insert the steam wand in the milk frothing pitcher.
Turn on steam wand a texture milk.
Turn off and purge.
Wipe steam wand with designated cloth.
Cleaning
Chemical Clean
Frequency - Every day
WARNING: CAUSTIC CHEMICAL. HANDLE WITH CARE. SDS SHEET MUST BE ON SITE.
CAUTION: PPE REQUIRED - GLOVES AND GOGGLES.

Grounds Drawer
Frequency - As needed everyday
Move the coffee outlet (1) all the up and remove the grounds bin drawer (2).
Clean and dry the grounds bin drawer.
Clean inside the machine with a soft cloth.
If necessary, clean beneath the machine.
Put the grounds bin drawer back to its original position.
Grinder Cleaner
Frequency - Check once a week
WARNING: Switch off machine before carrying out any operation on the cleaning balls dispenser to prevent minor injury.
Switch off at the main power switch.
Remove the lid (1) and check that there are no blocked or broken cleaning balls in the dispenser (3).
If necessary, clean the dispenser and remove the blocked or broken cleaning balls.
Refill with coffee cleaning balls.
NOTE: Make sure there are no broken cleaning balls.
Bean Hopper
Frequency - Once a week
Switch off at the main power switch.
Remove the bean hopper lids (1).
Unlock the bean hoppers (2) (Closed position).
Remove the bean hoppers (3) and store the beans for re-use.
Clean the bean hoppers (4) with all purpose cleaner, rinse with water and dry with a soft cloth.
Reassemble in the reverse order and lock the bean hoppers (5) (Open position).
NOTE: Make sure that the bean hoppers are perfectly dry before refilling with coffee beans.
Display Screen
Frequency - When needed
Press on the top middle of the touch screen (1).
Press on the Clean the screen button (2).
During the countdown, disinfect the screen according to the following recommendation.
WARNING: Never spray any liquid directly onto the surface.
Drip Tray
Remove the drip tray grid (1).
Wash the grid and inside of the drip tray (2) with soft soap and rinse.
Put the drip tray grid back to its original position.
NOTE: Make sure that the drip tray lays flat.
