  1. LED Display - Cooking time, power level, function indicator are displayed

  2. Power Key - Choose the power level

  3. X2 Key - For setting cooking to double quantities. Time can be twice as before

  4. X3 Key - For setting cooking to triple quantities. Time can be three times as before

  5. Memory Key - For entering the desired power output and cooking time

  6. Time Key - For choosing the desired cooking time

  7. Start Key - For start of programmed cooking

  8. Stop Key - For cancelling setting, interrupting the setting process when a mistake has been made, or stopping cooking before completion of the cooking process

  9. Number Key - For determining power and cooking time

 

Operating Procedure

  1. After placing the food in a suitable microwave safe container, open the microwave door and put the container on the plate tray

  2. Shut the microwave door and ensure it is firmly closed

  3. Press the “Time Key”, “0:00” will display

  4. Press the number keys to set a time
    Example: select “3” and “0” for 30 seconds

  5. Press “START” to start cooking

NOTE: When you touch START pad, the MICROWAVE indicator lights to show the oven is cooking.
The display counts down the time to show how much cooking time is left. When the cooking time ends, you will hear 3 beeps.

Warnings

WARNING: Liquids and other foods must not be heated in sealed containers as they are liable to explode.

WARNING: Microwave heating of liquids can result in delayed eruptive boiling; therefore, care must be taken when handling the container. To prevent this situation ALWAYS allow a standing time of at least 20 seconds after the oven has been switched off so that the temperature can equalize.

WARNING: Do not use any metallic containers, skewers, cutlery etc.

WARNING: Do not obstruct the ventilation slots with cloths or paper. They may catch fire as hot air is evacuated from the oven.

If materials in the microwave ignite:

  1. Keep the microwave door closed

  2. Turn the microwave off, and unplug the appliance

Cleaning

Failure to keep the internal surfaces clean can result in damage to the microwave, which may not be covered by warranty. Ensure that the microwave is kept clean at all times to avoid these issues.

Sanitiser

Chux Cloth

Instructions

  1. Spray All Purpose Cleaner directly onto Chux Cloth

  1. Clean the viewing window and inner door panel

NOTE: For best performance and to maintain a high degree of safety, the inner door panel and oven front face should be free of food or grease build up

  1. Spray more All Purpose Cleaner directly onto the Chux Cloth and clean the interior of microwave

NOTE: Ensure spills and food debris are cleaned during service as quickly as possible to prevent the debris getting stuck and causing bad odours

  1. Using a dry Chux Cloth, wipe over control panels and plastic parts

NOTE: Do not apply any detergent or spray to these parts as it will cause damage

a. Electrical cord for oven is not plugged in

Arcing or sparking

Unevenly cooked food

a. Materials to be avoided in microwave oven were used
b. Food is not defrosted completely
c. Cooking time, power level is not suitable
d. Food is not turned or stirred

a. Use microwave-safe cookware only
b. Completely defrost food
c. Use correct cooking time, power level
d. Turn or stir food

Overcooked food

Cooking time, power level is not suitable

Undercooked food

a. Materials to be avoided in microwave oven were used
