Uber Milk Operating and Cleaning Procedures

Switch Uber Milk on by flicking up the metal toggle on the bottom right of the console. The Uber Milk will then take approx. 90 seconds to heat up.

Place container 1 underneath the Uber Milk outlet.

Fill container 2 with 2L of cold water and place intake hose in container.

Select YES on the screen to start the flushing process. This will get rid of any excess chemical left in the console.

Once the flushing process is complete you will then need to resemble the milk outlet nozzle. Placing a new filter disc with the with the smooth side up.

Ensure the milk nozzle has been screwed tightly and isn’t loose

Once the milk nozzle is screwed in. Press continue on the Uber Milk screen and this will take you to the main user screen.

Place a milk jug under the milk nozzle and select the coffee size. The Uber Milk will then disperse steamed milk into the jug.

Press the settings button in the main menu on the bottom right- hand corner of the screen.

Remove milk outlet nozzle. Discard filter disc and place the nozzle components aside.

Place container 1 underneath the Uber Milk outlet.

Fill container 2 with 1L of cold water

Place intake tube into container 2

Empty container 1 & 2 completely.

Fill container 2 with 65ml of Uber Milk cleaning agent 1 and 2l of water

Place milk outlet nozzle components into container 2

Place intake tube into container 2

The Uber Milk will then start the cleaning cycle. This will take approx. 22 mins to complete

Once the cleaning cycle has finished, rinse both container 1 & 2.

Fill container 2 with 1L of cold water and complete a flush cycle.

Clean the intake tube and intake nozzle with damp cloth.

Rinse and wash both containers and then turn the power off with the metal toggle.

Rinse the milk outlet nozzle components under warm water, dry and ensure they are kept in a secure place overnight.
