Operations

Fill the milk jug to just below the MAX line inside the jug	Place the jug filled with milk so it is almost touching the back of the unit	Select your desired foam setting. Do not choose any of the top row for the default ‘Latte’
Select your milk type	Choose the size of jug	Select ‘TOUCH TO OPERATE’
The steam wand will lower into the jug and begin steaming	Do not touch the jug or unit while this display is on screen. The unit will self purge when the cycle is complete	Once the cycle is finished and you receive a thumbs up, then you can remove your milk jug

No machine power	The machine is switched off The machines power supply is disconnected	turn machine on connect the machines power supply
No steam is coming out of the steam wand	The nozzle sprayer is clogged The machine is switched off The steam supply valve is closed The coffee machine is not ready for use	clean the steam nozzle sprayer turn on the machine open the steam supply valve (steam nob on the right hand side where connection is to coffee machine) turn on the machine and/or wait for it to be ready for use
The electronic system has shutdown	Electric system fault	Turn off machine and contact the Operations Excellence team
No beverages are being dispensed	The steam supply pipers are damaged or disconnected	Turn off machine and contact the Operations Excellence team
Water leaks from the machine	The steam supply pipers are damaged or disconnected	Turn off machine and contact the Operations Excellence team
The steam wand does not rise or lower	Electric system or movement system fault	Turn off machine and contact the Operations Excellence team
