Operations

Preheating

The following screen will display the CURRENT and PROGRAMMED temperature. Once the temperature has reached the programmed temp, the oven will be operational.

Select Cook

To start cooking, select the required category, then select the button that matches the product being cooked. This will immediately start the cooking process.

Cancel Cook

To cancel the cook, press the red square button in the bottom right corner, this will end the cook immediately.

Cook/Brown More

Open the oven and check the quality of the item cooked, if it needs more time, use the COOK MORE or BROWN MORE options.

Light Bar Functions

 

Light Blue - Turning on/Stand by

Orange - Preheating/Executing a recipe

Dark Blue - Temperature control

Purple - Cleaning

Green - Recipe ready

Yellow - Failure

Cleaning

Oven Cleaning

Materials Required:

  • Kays Oven Cleaner

  • Kays Soil Shield

  • White Vinegar

  • Chux Cloth

  • Paper Towel

  • Detergent

  1. Use the Daily Cleaning Guide to start the cleaning process.

  1. Open the door and wait for the temperature to get down to 50°C.

  1. Remove the plate and the catalytic and place them on the sink.

  1. Apply the Oven Cleaner on the plate leave it for 2 minutes before the next step.

  1. To wash the catalytic converter place it in a container with water and soap and let it soak.

  1. Apply the oven cleaner in the chamber walls and the inside of the door. Press the green arrow to start the timer and leave it for 5 minutes.

  1. At the end of the 5 minutes the alarm will sound and releases the screen advance.

  1. Use a chux cloth to clean all the cooking chamber.

  1. Clean/Rinse the chamber with a wet chux cloth to remove the excess and dry with paper towel.

  1. Apply the vinegar all over the oven cavity and on the door and spread it out.

  1. Clean/rinse the cavity with a damp cloth to remove excess and dry with a paper towel.

  1. Apply the Soil Guard all over the cavity and oven door and spread it out with a paper towel. No need to rinse.

  1. Always use a non-scratch sponge to scrub any persistent dirty in the oven plate.

  1. Rinse the rack, and the catalytic converter.

  1. Put back the catalytic converter, the back of the oven chamber and the rack. make sure it fits correctly.

Air Filter

Daily

  1. To access the air filter, open the bottom cover

  2. The remove the filter by moving backwards using the filters tabs

  3. Inspect and clean with water

  4. Dry the filter before reinstalling

  5. Reinstall by placing the filter into the mounting brackets and pushing back under the oven

Troubleshooting

Alert

a. On the options icon, a yellow signal will appear for alerts

b. Click the options icon and it will show an alert message at the top of the screen

c. Follow the instructions on the screen

 

 

 

Error

a. In the case of several unsuccessful reset attempts, the alert signal will become an error

b. On the options icon, a red signal will appear for errors

c. Click the options icon and it will show an error message at the top of the screen

d. Contact a service technician
