  3. Use the grill scraper to remove any carbon and grease build up from the grill plate. Ensure that when you use the scraper tool, pressure is applied evenly over the grill plate. This will help prevent any scoring of the plate surface.

  4. Spray a generous amount of Suma Envy evenly over grill plate and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Ensure you include the sides and back splash.

  5. After the Suma Envy has soaked into the carbon deposits using a bucket of warm soapy water (Suma Light) green scourer, and scraper press the scourer into grill to remove the grease and grime.

  6. Depending on how much carbon build up is on your grill, you may need to repeat step 4 & 5.

  7. Carefully pour fresh water over grill to wash away chemical. Use grill scraper to remove any excess grime left on the grill.

  8. Carefully wipe the grill plate and sides of the grill down with a damp cloth and warm water. This is to remove any excess residue and carbon. Once you have wiped the grill down then dry thoroughly with a clean dry cloth.

  9. Use White Vinegar to thoroughly coat the grill, using a clean scraper to cover all areas. Wipe off any excess so that it dries.

  10. Using paper towel, wipe oil over grill to seal and season.

NOTE: The spill trays on the grill should be emptied frequently and throughout the day to avoid spillage and overflow.

CAUTION: The grill plate surface, sides of grill and spill trays will be hot during service. Ensure to take care when removing the spill trays throughout the day to clean.
