Repeat for remaining bottom finger. |
Remove outers and inners of the finger by sliding outer off and pulling inner out from above. Place in impinger bath to soak.
| After cleaning the fingers utilize the echings to ensure they are assembled correctly. The finger inners are etched with a part number and either LL/UR or LR/UL. The finger outers are etched with a part number and Lower Left, Upper Left, Lower Right, Upper Right. Refer to image above. | The top and bottom air diverters can stay in place and can be wiped over with greaselift. The air diverters are critical for air flow, do not damage them. Suma Envy
Impinger + Impinger Bath | Suma Envy - 10ml chemical per 1L hot water | Spray inside of impinger with Suma Envy, let sit for 5 minutes, use green scourer and chux cloth to wash up Fill your impinger bath with hot water. If you fill the impinger bath full (95L), you will need 1L of Suma Envy. For cases where the carbon build up is significant, raise the ratio to 10ml per chemical per 500ml water. Soak your impinger, crumb trays, end stops, airflow fingers and centre arms as normal for 30 minutes. Scrub parts with green scourer. Rinse with hot water and allow to dry We found that this works best while water is still hot. We recommend not leaving it to soak overnight |
