Frozen Beverage Operating and Cleaning Procedures

Beverage Dilution Rate

The liquid beverage is ready to use in frozen beverage dispensers. No dilution of the product is required. When filling the beverage machine with product, ensure to not fill over the MAX line.

Materials Required

  • PPE (Rubber Gloves)

  • Food Grade Lubricant

  • Damp Clean Cloth

  • Dry Clean Cloth

ALWAYS

  • Ensure the machine and the power has been turned off at the wall before pulling apart any components of the beverage machine.

  • Make sure the machine is switched to night mode at the end of each shift. Failing to do so can cause ice crystals to grow, which can cause the barrel to freeze up and potentially damage the equipment.

NEVER

  • Use any corrosive chemicals or detergents on the beverage machine or any components.

  • Spray any chemicals or water directly into any vents or open parts on the beverage machine.

Daily Operating & Cleaning Procedures

Switch the machine from night mode onto day mode. It is recommended to do this as soon as you enter the store. This ensures it has frozen in time for open.

Top up the machine with syrup if needed.

Ensure you do not overfill and only fill the liquid to the MAX line.

At the end of each shift, take out the drip trays. Wipe down the outside and taps of the beverage machine with a damp cloth to remove any excess dirt or grease.

Rinse the drip trays under warm water.

Switch the beverage machine onto night mode. This will help preserve the product and ensure the barrel doesn’t freeze up.

Ensure you are removing and cleaning the drip trays throughout the day as needed. Do not use any chemicals or detergent to clean the drip trays.

NOTE: At the end of each shift wipe down the beverage machine and all parts with a clean damp cloth to remove any excess sugar, grease, or dirt. Then use a clean dry cloth to dry all parts of the machine thoroughly.
