Impinger + Impinger Bath

Suma Envy - 100ml chemical per 1L hot water

1. Spray inside of impinger with Suma Envy, let sit for 5 minutes, use green scourer and chux cloth to wash up

2. Fill your impinger bath with hot water. If you fill the impinger bath full (95L), you will need 1L of Suma Envy. For cases where the carbon build up is significant, raise the ratio to 10ml per chemical per 500ml water.

3. Soak your impinger, crumb trays, end stops, airflow fingers and centre arms as normal for 30 minutes. Scrub parts with green scourer. Rinse with hot water and allow to dry

4. We found that this works best while water is still hot. We recommend not leaving it to soak overnight

Deep Fryer + Boil Out

Suma Envy - 100ml per litre of water

1. Follow current routine to empty deep fryer.

2. Fill with cool water to the fill line. Add required amount of chemical to water in each vat of the deep fryer. If you have a 12L vat, use 1.2L Suma Envy

3. Turn fryer back on and allow water to heat to 80-90 degrees for 15 minutes.

4. Turn off fryer and drain solutions from vats. Discard chemical solution properly in accordance with local council regulations

5. Scrub walls of fryer and back panels using a green scourer

6. Fill vats with clean water and heat to 90 degrees for 10 minutes. Empty following instructions above. Wipe out, ensuring there is no moisture remaining

7. Refill with approved deep frying oil

Flat Top Grill

Suma Envy - 100ml

1. Ensure grill and gas supply has been turned off before starting any cleaning procedures.

2. Take out the spill trays and dispose of any residue and grease. Clean the spill trays with warm soapy water (Suma Light) and a damp cloth, then dry thoroughly.

3. Use the grill scraper to remove any carbon and grease build up from the grill plate. Ensure that when you use the scraper tool, pressure is applied evenly over the grill plate. This will help prevent any scoring of the plate surface.

4. Pour diluted Suma Envy over grill and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Ensure you get the sides and back splash.

5. Get a bucket of warm soapy water (Suma Light) and a green scourer and use scrapper to press scourer into grill, removing grease and grime.

6. Depending on how much carbon build up is on your grill, you may need to repeat step 4 & 5.

7. Carefully pour water over grill to wash away chemical. Use grill scraper to remove any excess grime left on the grill.

8. Carefully wipe the grill plate and sides of the grill down with a damp cloth and warm water. This is to remove any excess residue and carbon. Once you have wiped the grill down then you will need to dry thoroughly with a clean cloth.

9. Use White Vinegar to thorourly coat the grill, using a clean scraper to cover all areas. Wipe off any excess so that it dries.

10. Using paper towel, wipe oil over grill to seal.

1. Dispense proper strength solution of product and warm or hot water in a mop bucket. Sweep up and remove solid waste from floor before applying.

2. Post “Wet Floor” signs around area to be cleaned and use a clean mop to apply the cleaning solution generously to the floor, overlapping mop strokes. For best results, scrub the floor with a brush, especially if the floor has grout.

3. Repeat if necessary on heavily soiled areas. Pick up soil and excess solution with a tightly wrung out mop, wringing it out frequently, or squeegee to floor drain.

4. Dry mop or squeegee floor dry or allow floor to air dry before reuse. Once dry, remove “Wet Floor” signs. A potable water rinse is only required for those surfaces that may contact edible product. Pour unused Bio-Floor Plus Cleaner from mop bucket into kitchen floor drain for daily maintenance.
