Opening the lid	Put the carry−handle to the rear of the flask and push the buttons on both sides of the lid to open it.
Filling the flask with liquid	Manual: remove mixing tube to fill the flask Via TH−machine, do not remove the mixing tube.
Closing the lid	Push the lid down until it clicks into place.
Serving drinks	Bring the push handle up until the safety pin locks. Then push the handle down to pour out drinks.
After serving drinks	Lift up the push handle, push the safety pin and the push handle falls in to place.

Cleaning - Airpot

After every use.

Clean with chux cloth, warm water and Suma Shine. Rinse with hot water after cleaning. Let air dry. Do not use scratching cleaners. Do not use a brush for the glass inner− bowl.

Daily

Clean as per instructions in Cleaning - Bravilor Daily.

Operations - Bravilor

Set Up

Read the safety manual you have instore.

Plug in the appliance. Do not plug into the wall socket yet.

Load the accessories into the unit.

Fill with 2 litres of water.

Let the water sit for 3 minutes before continuing.

After 3 minutes, plug into the wall socket.

Close the lid before turning on the unit. Press the button to start.

Do not turn off while its filling the airpot.

You will hear a tune to know it has finished running successfully.

Handling

Place the filter pan spring into the filter pan. Place the filter cup into the pan and add coffee grounds.	Load into Bravilor.	Fill up bucket with 2.2 litres of water.
Pour water into unit.	Close lid before operating.	Press on button to turn on unit.
Do not turn off while its filling the airpot.	You will hear a tune to know it has finished running successfully.	Turn off after removing airpot.

Cleaning - Bravilor

Always wear face protection and safety gloves during cleaning. Note that safety gloves must always be worn when replacing a water filter.

Daily

Ensure unit is turned off and isolated from power before cleaning.	Remove airpot.	Slide out filter pan.
Remove spring from filter pan.	Remove the mixing tube.	Ensure you have PPE gloves and a face mask on.
Dissolve 1 sachet of Cleaner in 5 litres of hot water (min. 80 °C) in a bucket.	Pour 1.5 L into the airpot to soak.	Place the remaining items to be cleaned in the solution. For a good result, the spring must be removed from the filter pan.
After 20 minutes, pour out the chemical from the airpot.	Remove accessories from chemical and rinse with a large amount of hot water.	Rinse with a large amount of hot water.
Wipe over unit with a damp chux cloth and Suma Multi Purpose Cleaner.	Replace clean mixing tube.	Replace filter spring.
Slide filter pan back into unit.	Slide airpot back into unit.

Descale

Never stop the descaling program once the descaler has been poured into the appliance.

Start with empty bravilor.	Turn off unit.	Slide the empty filter pan into the machine.
Ensure you have PPE gloves and a face mask on.	Dissolve 100 g of Renegite in 1 litre of hot water.	Slide the empty decanter underneath. Remove
Carefully pour the Renegite solution in the cold water reservoir. The lid of the reservoir must be open during descaling.	Switch the machine on using switch.	The solution will drip into the decanter.
After 30 seconds, switch the machine off.	Wait for 2 minutes. The Renegite solution is now given time to perform its task.	After waiting for 2 minutes the machine must be switched on again to enable the rest of the Renegite solution to run through.
Do not turn off during the descaling process.	Once the cycle is complete, you will hear a tune.	When Renegite solution is no longer dripping out of the filter pan, the Renegite solution in the decanter can be flushed away.
Place empty decanter in unit.	Pour 1.5L of fresh water into the machine.	The machine must be rinsed with fresh water by running the normal coffee making process three times total without using any coffee.
Wait for cycle to complete.	Empty water.	Replace empty decanter in unit.
Add 1.5L of fresh water into the machine.	Let machine rinse.	Wait for cycle to complete.
Empty water.	Replace empty decanter in unit.	Add 1.5L of fresh water into the machine.
Let machine rinse.	Wait for cycle to complete.	Empty water.
Close unit and turn off.	Replace mixing tube inside.	Machine is now ready to make coffee.
