Cutter Options

A slightly serrated blade is also available. This blade has the same function as the straight blade. It has been conceived for a longer lasting cut performance but cannot be sharpened.

A serrated blade is available as an option and is mainly intended for kneading and grinding.

Maintenance

  • Blade

Ensure all non-serrated blades are sharpened regularly by using the sharpening stone that is supplied with the machine. The quality of cut mainly depends on the sharpness of the blades.
